- Free Free shipping on all orders over $99 (inc. GST)
- Standard 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Express 1–3 business days — available at checkout
- AU only We currently ship within Australia only

Returns
- 30 days Easy returns within 30 days of delivery
- Condition Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Our mistake We cover return postage if the error is on our side
- Refunds Refunds processed within 5 business days

We're an Australian store — all displayed prices include 10% GST. No surprises at checkout. A tax invoice can be provided upon request.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order be dispatched?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet! We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is on our roadmap — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.
What if I ordered the wrong label width?
No problem — contact us within 30 days and we'll organise an exchange if the item is unopened. Email support@dailylabel.com.au and we'll sort it out.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If it hasn't been dispatched yet, absolutely — reach out ASAP and we'll do our best to help. Once the parcel is with the carrier, changes aren't possible but we can assist with a return.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes! For large orders (office supplies, warehouse restocking, school orders), email us at support@dailylabel.com.au and we'll discuss options.
